Sign Up / Request a Demonstration

A demonstration you run.

On fictitious data, and you choose what to look at. A conversation without a full session is fine if that is the right first step. Sovereignty, admissibility, or what the software does not do is a better use of the time than a guided tour.

Your request

What you are asking for

Every request is reviewed before access is granted.

Sending the request creates your VERA account. Nothing is granted automatically.

What happens next

  1. 01

    We read the request

Every request is reviewed personally. There is no automated qualification and no nurture sequence.

  2. 02

A reply within two working days

From alexandre@veraforensics.com, with times to choose from or, where it applies, an explanation of why VERA does not fit what you need.

  3. 03

    The demonstration

Usually thirty minutes on a video call, on fictitious data. On site when that is the better format, or a conversation if a full session is not the right first step. An extraction you supply is possible if your procedure allows it, but it is not necessary.

  4. 04

    The follow-up

A message with whatever you asked for, and the documents for internal circulation if you want them. No follow-up beyond a single reminder.

What is worth testing

  • Have the network cable unplugged and watch what keeps running.
  • Bring an application VERA has never seen and ask to use the view that comes out.
  • Click a statement the assistant makes and check where it lands.
  • Ask what is not working yet. The answer will be what it is.

Commercial model

An annual licence per organisation rather than per seat, matching the centralised architecture. Pilot arrangements are available, and below the direct-award threshold no formal procedure is required. Source escrow and a perpetual licence on the deployed version can both go into the contract.
